Why This Site Exists
Vancouver is Clark County's seat, so many useful records are kept close by but in distinct systems. The Clark County Auditor indexes deeds, liens, plats, and marriage records. Courts provide party-name searches, while the Property Information Center connects parcels with owners. State agencies maintain voter data, business filings, licenses, and older archives. We bring those official routes, local contacts, and access limits into one reference.
What We Provide

Limits of Our Role
As a privately run reference site, we are not part of the City of Vancouver, Clark County, Washington State, any court, or any records office. That means our role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull, certify, or change any record on your behalf
- We cannot confirm whether a specific person lives in Vancouver
- We cannot remove information from government records or third-party databases
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a record applies to your situation
- We cannot guarantee that every record index, portal link, or office detail on this site is current right now
