Your Privacy Choices
Privacy rights vary by residence and by data type. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, grants rights for regulated consumer health data, but it is not a broad right to erase deeds, court indexes, or voter records. We can search our contact mailbox and server logs for data we control; use the Contact page to ask. Vancouver, Clark County, and Washington agencies control their own public records, so correction or removal requests for those files must go to the relevant custodian.
